How To Reach Us

International School of Photonics (ISP) is located at Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Trikkakara main campus.

Air: Cochin International Airport is well connected, and it is nearly 20 km (30 min drive) from CUSAT main campus. Public transport or prepaid taxis can be used to reach the campus.

Train: Alight at one of the three Railway Stations – Aluva, Ernakulam Town, or Ernakulam Junction. Aluva station is 10 km north of the CUSAT main campus. The other two stations are on the southern side of the main campus (~ 13 km). Taxis or public transport can be used to reach the main campus from these stations.

Public Transport: If you are coming by Metro train, alight at Cochin University Metro Station. University’s main campus is just 1 km (~ 15 minutes walk) from the station. Nearest bus stops are Cochin University Junction (along National Highway 47) and South Kalamassery. Both stops are near the metro station. Three-wheeler taxis are available near to the metro station and bus stops.

Car: From National Highway 47, take the exit to Cochin University Main campus at University Junction traffic signal, which is very close to Cochin University Metro Station. The CUSAT main campus is nearly 1 km from University Junction. A route planner may help you with your journey. Limited parking available in front of the ISP building.
